Showdown 3 is a special scenario in Resident Evil Outbreak File #2 that was created as a mini game. The mode is essentially a "boss rush" and it consists of twelve consecutive battles with the original "Outbreak" and Outbreak File #2 bosses in their original locations, and finally two Tyrants R and a Tyrant C. The completition of this scenario will unlock Yoko's E-Type Costume.
These are the bosses in order:
- Mutated "G" (with G Larvae assisting) ("Below Freezing Point")
- Giant Leech ("The Hive")
- Suspended (with two Lickers assisting) ("Hellfire")
- Thanatos ("Decisions, Decisions")
- Thanatos R ("Decisions, Decisions")
- Zombie Elephant ("wild things")
- Zombie Lion ("wild things")
- Giga Bite("underbelly")
- Tyrant R ("end of the road")
- Nyx ("end of the road")
- Two Tyrant R ("desperate times")
- Tyrant C ("desperate times")

For clearing Showdown 3, the player will unlock Yoko: E (Summer Daze)
