Es ist die erste Erweiterung für das Resident Evil: The Deck Building Game. Das Alliance-Set enthält neue Waffen, Infiziezierte, Aktions- und Charakterkarten, die in der Premier Edition nicht verfügbar waren, sowie eine neue Spielvariante, bei dem ein Partner mit einbezogen wurde. Das Alliance-Set wurde am 22. April 2011 offiziell veröffentlicht.
