20 de mayo. A las 22h un transeúnte descubrió en la ribera oeste del río Marble, en el distrito Cider de Raccoon City, el cuerpo de una joven de 20 años.
La amputación de una pierna y los dos brazos ha hecho que la policía sostenga la teoría de que ha sido un oso u otro animal muy fuerte.
La policía cree que la atacaron cuando estaba en las montañas Arklay. Hasta el momento no se tienen pistas sobre la identidad de la mujer.

¿MONSTRUOS EN LAS MONTAÑAS ARKLAY?
Hay muchos testigos que aseguran haber visto monstruos en las Arklay.
Estos "monstruos" son del tamaño de perros grandes y suelen ir en manada, como los lobos.
Podrían ser perros salvajes, pero los "monstruos" son muy fieros y resistentes a los ataques.
Se dice que no molestan a los humanos si no son provocados, así que es recomendable alejarse de las montañas Arklay mientras se resuelve este asunto.

¡MISTERIO EN LAS MONTAÑAS ARKLAY!
CARRETERAS CORTADAS
Debido a los desastres ocurridos en las Arklay las autoridades han decidido cerrar las carreteras que llevan a sus estribaciones.
Además, la policía de Raccoon ha comenzado a buscar desaparecidos con la ayuda de S.T.A.R.S.
Esperan dificultades debido a la extensión de las montañas Arklay y a los densos bosques de la zona.
También siguen llegando informes de avistamientos de monstruos grotescos en las montañas.

ANIMAL ATTACK? WOMAN MUTILATED
May 20th. At around 10pm a 20-year
old young woman's body was found
by a passer-by on the left bank
of Marble River in the Cider
District of Raccoon City.
Raccoon police assume it to be a
grizzly or another animal's doing
because there are teeth marks
along her mutilated arms and
left foot that show considerable
power. Since she was wearing a
hiking boot on her remaining
foot, it has been determined
that she was attacked in the
Arklay Mountains and fell into the
river. They are hurrying to
identify this woman.

Some people claim they've seen
monsters in the Arklay
Mountains.
The monsters are supposedly
about the same size as large
dogs and usually run in a pack
as wolves do.

MYSTERY ON ARKLAY MOUNTAINS!
MOUNTAIN ROAD BLOCKED
Due to excessive disasters in
the Arklay Mountains, the city
authorities have decided to
block the road leading to the
foothills.
At the same time, Raccoon police
intend to begin the search for
lost people with the help of
S.T.A.R.S. team members. They expect
great difficulty because of the
vast size of the Arklay Mountains
and the primeval forest that
covers most of the area.
Also people are still reporting
sightings of grotesque monsters
in the mountains.
