End of Umbrella can work as a dlc storymode scenario for PR!! Make it a package with Re3 remake. If you purchased Re3 remake with PR, Jill will have End of Umbrella costume as a bonus. While in PR Jill will have her remake cosmetics as bonuses for PR.

Once you finished the campaign mode, You can now have custom combination of Survivors.
In future dlc we can also have stories to update the one shot characters.
We can make a Scenario where Sheva,Josh, Carlos and Helena will work together.
The cancelled Outbreak scenarios can be also used for PR
