Akiyuki Morimoto est un compositeur japonais employé chez Capcom.
Biographie[]
Peu d'informations sur ses origines.
Il intégra Capcom en 2008. Parmi ses premières travaux, figurent la conception sonore sur Sky Lounge de Capcom sur le PlayStation Home et sur la borne d'arcade Coin World de New Super Mario Bros Wii.
À part de timides contributions d'une seule piste sur Lost Planet 2 et Monster Hunter 3 (Tri), il intégra le staff sonore de Resident Evil 6, qui est son travail le plus prolifique. Sa trentaine de pistes se concentrent principalement sur Chris Redfield et Jake Muller.
Sur Resident Evil 7 biohazard, où il fut nommé compositeur en chef, il créa les thèmes liés au couple Winters, et les thèmes de la démo jouable du jeu.
