Go Tell Aunt Rhody est une chanson folklorique qui est très présente dans Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. La chanson elle-même remonte au milieu du XIXe siècle et est écrite pour un jeune enfant sur la mort des oies de la tante titulaire Rhody, au son d'une composition de Jean-Jacques Rousseau.

Les versions instrumentale et chantée ont été utilisées pour annoncer Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. La version chantée a été écrite et arrangée par Michael Levene, avec les chants de la chanteuse Néo-Zélandaise, Jordan Reynes.
