This is the ending cutscene to the "Hellfire" scenario, when played by Alyssa Ashcroft. There is a translation error in Danny's dialogue, where he informs her that the US Army has been sent into the city - Shū-gun (州軍?) is a word referring specifically to the National Guard. An extra segment where Danny's dialogue appears in the cutscene if the player obtains the dogtags of his comrades and escapes with them.
