The 2001 Tokyo Game Show (TGS 2001 for short) was a game show held in two parts in Japan in Spring and Autumn 2001. It was the last of the TGS events to be held in two parts, with the following TGS 2002 only being held as a single event.

A trailer for the Resident Evil remake was shown at Capcom's booth, while Resident Evil memorabilia from previous event was put up for sale at the BIOHAZARD GALLERY, which displayed costumes and fake weapons for cosplayers.[1]
