44 MAG Ammo is an ammunition item in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. It is extremely uncommon, and can only be used with the 44 MAG. It also shares an unfortunate caveat with Shotgun Shells; neither can be crafted at all.

Given the scarcity of 44 MAG Ammo, it should only be used in conjunction with the 44 MAG during a boss fight.

One location where the player can find 44 MAG Ammo is inside the trailer; though, in order for it to actually appear, the player must have obtained the second Treasure Photo. Once it is in the inventory of the player, a box of 44 MAG Ammo will spawn in the toilet of the trailer.
