Aaron was an officer of the Raccoon Police Department. He was killed during the Raccoon City Destruction Incident of 1998 in a last ditch effort to defend the police station and those within as they awaited rescue by fellow officers.
Biography
After several survivors of the zombie attack on Jack's Bar detonated a number of explosives on Main Street, Aaron was part of the police unit sent into the area in an attempt to regain control of Raccoon City. Surviving longer than many of his colleagues, Aaron ended up fighting alongside Marvin Branagh's last group of officers who had fortified themselves within the Raccoon Police Station. He was eventually killed as he awaited the return of Rita with reinforcements, when the emergency stairway he was guarding was finally overrun by zombies.[1]
He is somewhat idolized and seen as a role model by the other police officers, including Kevin Ryman, who asks Aaron for advice on how to deal with the situation in the ""Desperate Times"" Scenario in Resident Evil Outbreak File #2. Apparently, Aaron was also fond of gardening.[2]
Gameplay
As an NPC
After the battle plan briefing, Aaron can be located outside on the emergency stairway fending off zombies and infected crows. After his death, he will drop a Shotgun (NORMAL mode) or a Handgun with eight rounds (HARD mode).
As a Playable Character
Aaron can be unlocked simply by clearing "Outbreak" scenario on any difficulty. He comes in a set with Raymond and Arthur. After doing so he can be purchased for 5000pts. In File #2 he is unlocked from the start and can be bought for 500pts. Data Convert may be used to bypass purchasing him in one of the games. (as any purchases made are transferred to the other game as already bought)
