The Aculeozzo is a strange fish based creature that appears in Resident Evil: Revelations. It can only be found during Raid Mode. Due to this, its likely they aren't treated as a canon enemy. In the Italian language, aculeo means "stinger" or "spine", referring to the many sharp spikes protruding through the skin.

With a well placed throw the blowfish can be killed with a single shock grenade. As they aren't particularly dangerous using the knife to attack is also a good option to conserve ammo.
