(Welcome to Raccoon City continuity)
Ada Wong is a secretive spy working for a mysterious agency or corporation in opposition to the Umbrella Corporation and looking to seize their bioweapons research.
Biography[]
In 1998, Ada hired Albert Wesker, a well-respected member of the Raccoon City Police's S.T.A.R.S. unit, to infiltrate Umbrella's abandoned NEST facilities and obtain any and all information or assets in exchange for a large sum of money. Wesker accepted the deal from the mysterious and as-of-yet-unnamed informant on the off-chance of finally being able to afford to move away from his small-town life in Raccoon City. However, Wesker was still highly skeptical of Ada's grandiose claims about Umbrella's secret operations in the city, but disconcerned himself with her motives, assuming she either had some financial interest or simply wanted to expose Umbrella's illegal and immoral experiments to the public.
However, at midnight on October 1, Wesker would receive a message on his pager, informing him that it was time to fulfill his end of the deal. Wesker was informed to check his locker, which upon opening contained a portable computer with information and schematics relating to Umbrella's secret laboratories and facilities in Raccoon. Upon arriving at the Spencer Mansion with his team, Wesker used this device to navigate around the labyrinthian mansion and it's puzzles, unlocking a secret passageway to NEST and William Birkin's lab and confirming Ada was telling the truth to Wesker.
After Wesker was shot and killed by squadmate Jill Valentine, Wesker's body was hastily recovered from NEST before it's total destruction and he was brought back to life using an experimental viral agent. An indeterminate amount of time later, Wesker awoke in a body bag, he collapsed onto the floor and crawled into the corner of the room scared, confused, and unable to see. Wesker was then approached by Ada, having believed himself dead and unable to see, he questioned her. Ada explained that temporary blindness was only one of a list of side-effects of reanimation. As a show of good-faith, she handed him a pair of sunglasses as Wesker collected his breath and calmed down. He inquired about her name and what they wanted from him... Ada smirks.[1]
