Adrenaline (復活薬 fukkatsu-yaku) is an item in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard.
Gameplay
Adrenaline only appears in the "Nightmare" diffiulty. It is made available to craft starting at 300 Scrap after the player unlocks the "Adrenaline" reward by accumulating 100,000 Points.
It is works automatically to restore life to the player if they are killed, allowing them to continue without ending the game.
