Alejandro Salazar, 5th Count of Valdelobos, was a Spanish nobleman who inherited his titles from his father, José Alonso Salazar, 4th Count of Valdelobos. Notable for overseeing renovation work at Salazar Castle, including the construction of a courtyard and ballroom, he earned the moniker 'The Lavish.' Salazar's spouse was María Isabel, recognized as his heir in place of their son, Diego.[1]
