Alexia's Choker is a key item in Resident Evil CODE:Veronica. It appears to be a choker containing a removable gem.
Location
It can be acquired when Alexia goes through her first transformation which makes her drop it. The player may not be able to pick it up immediately due to combat taking place so it's better to fight Alexia and subdue her before going after her choker/jewel.
