Andrew Kishino is a Japanese-Canadian voice-over artist and rapper known for providing the voice of VECTOR in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City.[1] Outside of Resident Evil, he is known for providing the voice of Fong and Sid in the relaunched Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.
