The Anonymous Letter is a file in Resident Evil 4. It is an unsigned letter left for Leon. It describes where to find the key to the church which provides Leon with a new destination to travel to. Luis may have written the letter anonymously so Leon could not be interrogated and give away his whereabouts.
It can be picked up at the start of Chapter 2-1 in the cabin Leon wakes up in. It is sitting on the bed.
