The Antivirus bomb is an item that can only be obtained in Resident Evil 2's Extreme Battle game. They are needed to remove a virus detected in the underground train near William Birkin's labs. There are four in total, which can be found scattered throughout the Raccoon City Police Department's headquarters, usually in areas which are important to the events of the canon story
