Apostate's Head is a key item that appears in Resident Evil 4.
Purpose[]
The item is required to obtain the Church Insignia, which is located in the Mural Cave. In addition this item, the Blasphemer's Head is required in order to progress the game.
Location[]
To obtain the item, one must travel by boat to reach the Large Cave Shrine, where Leon must solve a puzzle to unlock the door that obstructs the item's access.
