The Apple Inn was a hotel in Raccoon City.
During the t-Virus outbreak in 1998, the Apple Inn was a refuge for a number of survivors. The boiler in the basement exploded due to a fire, killing two fire fighters of the Raccoon Fire Department, and trapping the remaining survivors inside. Although several survivors escaped, it was noted as having the only reported sighting of the Regis Licker.
