The Arklay Mountains are a Midwestern American mountain range situated mostly or entirely surrounding Raccoon City but largely towards the cities southeast. The Arklay Mountains are themselves part of the wider Raccoon Forest region and until the 1998 viral outbreak were a major local tourist attraction.
