The Arklay Overpass was a major road in Raccoon City. It ran near to the Raccoon City Police Department's precinct and the cemetery.[citation needed]Alice, Jill Valentine, Terri Morales, and Peyton Wells used the overpass to reach the Raccoon City Junior School when they were ambushed by the Nemesis. Peyton was shot and killed and Alice proceeded to fight the Nemesis, allowing Terri and Jill to escape the scene unharmed.
