The Central control room (bottom) is a room in the treatment plant built adjacent to NEST and near the Umbrella Executive Training School.
Description[]
The control room is the main power centre for the treatment plant. The lower level is U shaped, with a railing going around an opening in the floor where large pipes are exposed. A number of old computers are present in the facility, with green, red and yellow flashing lights. Access to the upper level is enabled by a lift.

There are three Zombies in this room. A Green Herb, Red Herb and Bottle appear in this room.[1]
