The Treatment plant entry is a room in the treatment plant built adjacent to NEST and near the Umbrella Executive Training School.
Description[]
This room is a short walkway between the elevator and the plant itself, with is signposted "UMBRELLA SEWERAGE". Below the walkway is an underground river, which flows eastwards.
Guide[]
There are no enemies in this room. The first time the player - as Rebecca - enters this room, they will trigger a cutscene where she spots Billy Coen in the water.
