The Army Proof (陸軍の証 rikugun no akashi) is a key item in Resident Evil CODE:Veronica.
Purpose
It is used along with the Air Force and the Navy Proofs to open the passage to the Plane in the Airport to escape Rockfort Island.
Location
It's found on the control panel where you operate the biological laboratory's security camera.
