This unnamed individual was the assistant director of the Umbrella Executive Training School in the Arklay Mountains. With director James Marcus always busy in his Progenitor virus research, he left his assistant in charge; one of the few times he genuinely took remote interest in the running of the facility was having the assistant director encourage rivalry between Albert Wesker and William Birkin.
