A specially created Umbrella B.O.W.
It was implanted into the body of Lucia, a woman on the Starlight cruiser.
After being separated from Lucia by the captain of an Umbrella submarine, it quickly causes an outbreak, escapes back to the ship and reveals its secret weapon... it is able to disguise as anything, even Lucia, to hunt its prey.
Characteristics
Its ability to change shape makes it a hard-to-kill enemy, with its forms including Lucia and the B.O.W. Tyrant.
Another trick "up-its-sleeves" is its ability at speech. This may only be when copying a human, as its voice box, which is present in many creatures, would change shape as well.
