The B.O.W. Programming Lab was an Umbrella facility located in Raccoon City.
What if: Wolfpack
During the Raccoon City Destruction Incident, the USS Delta Team entered the lab in search for an NE-α Type parasite. They extracted it from a T-103 undergoing modification into a Nemesis, and later had to fight the Tyrant when it regained consciousness.
