The B1F Outside Area (tentative) is an area featured in Resident Evil 2.

The outside area link between east hall and manhole going down toward the passage that is under construction.
Guide[]
Upon entry, footsteps of zombie dogs can be heard however they are not yet in sight. By approaching the manhole going toward the construction underground passage, the zombie dogs will jump into the area and will attack player. One Red herb can be found near the barrels.
