BIOHAZARD 3 LAST ESCAPE VOL.8 is the eighth volume of a manhua series published by the Hong Konger Tinhangse Publishing, and officially-licensed by Capcom.

Plot

The story starts by continuing on from VOL.8's ending with Carlos ready to the Gravedigger. The fight itself is in fact brief - Carlos merely grabs a fallen Jill and climbs up the ladder with her, its teeth just digging into his boot and scraping Jill's boob tube.

Carlos erupts out of the manhole with Jill, who awakens with Carlos' head uncomfortably close to her chest - since her boob tube has been pierced, her breasts are largely-exposed. Believing it to be the depraved actions of Carlos, she puts her STI Eagle 6.0 to his face. The threat is called off as the Gravedigger acts up again before retreating back to the sewers.

Carlos decides to leave, though Jill makes amends. A group of crows attack the two. Jill fires at the birds with her Benelli, but the sudden appearance of a zombie barging out of a van causes some difficulty. Jill manages to dispatch it with her STI.

Walking into the boutique, Jill feels the need to change clothing, only supporting her broken boob tube with  battle gear. She checks a number of available clothes - a disco outfit; a female version of the RPD summertime uniform; a black leather biker outfit; her S.T.A.R.S. uniform (with beret) and a final battle outfit complete with a red wig. After wearing all of the available clothes, Jill decides simply to wear what she already had. Seeing a Giant Roach on the floor, Jill's pupils dialate. Evidently a blattodephobe, she screams. Overreacting to the single cockroach, she has to shoot it to be sure it is dead. A cockroach looks back at Jill, somewhat unsettling her. It is revealed that this crow has a camera in place of an eye; the bird is being controlled by the Umbrella executives behind the Sniper program to monitor Jill's progress. Downloading the available data profiles on various individuals seen by the bird, the executives compare their data on William Birkin with that of the Sniper, charting how a fight between the two would turn out. In their imagination, a girl who looks like Claire takes a pot-shot at G-2 Birkin as it prepares to fight the Sniper.

Carlos, meanwhile, is confronted by a Plant 43 (its nickname being misspelt as "Ivie") which has its tentacles wrapped around Sherry. Carlos shoots the bulb of the plant to take it out; a bullet goes straight through and almost hits an uninfected police officer, Leon, who has also come to Sherry's aid.
