BIOHAZARD 5th Anniversary was an event celebrated by Capcom in 2001 in commemoration of the fifth anniversary of Resident Evil's original release.

- Resident Evil CODE:Veronica X - an updated version of the DreamCast game.
- BIOHAZARD CODE: Veronica Infants music box - a music box that plays the Ashford family lullaby like in the game.[1]
- Biohazard 5th Anniversary box set - A multi-game box-set featuring all PlayStation games that had been released at the time (bar Resident Evil Survivor).
- Resident Evil - Ubisoft released a "special edition" PC port for the game in Hong Kong.[2]
