BIOHAZARD THE EXTREME+ (バイオハザード・ザ・エクストリーム+ Baiohazādo za ekusutorīmu +) was a limited-time attraction held at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka in September 2022. Inspired by Resident Evil 2, THE EXTREME+ was a "Survival Horror Maze" set within a recreation of the Raccoon Police Station.[1]
Event[]
The event was held at the New York section of the park, opening at 10am until closing from Friday 9 September-Sunday 6 November 2022, and entrance could not be 12 or younger. As part of the promotion for the event, Sophie S visited the park in her Ashley Graham cosplay.[2]
Development[]
USJ contractor Adam Milicevic was art and design director for the attraction and provided the concept art designs were based on.[3] It was an updated version of 2019's BIOHAZARD THE EXTREME.[4]

During the time, Resident Evil-themed foods and goods were available to promote the attraction.[5]

Foods[]
Resident Evil-themed menu were offered at Finnegan's Bar & Grill. If customers order the drink menu, it will come with a coaster.
- Resident Evil Plate -Raccoon City Police Department Emergency Rations- (Roast beef with horseradish sauce, baked beans, macaroni & cheese, roast potato, roast shrimp, salad, basil dressing, seafood flavor tomato soup and bread)[6]
- Hound Wolf Squad -Chris Redfield's Elite Troops- (drink, available as both alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
