Asura in his lion form.

Asura transforms into a lion-like creature in front of his smuggler girlfriend and sets off out into the city. In the water near the docks, Asura walks towards Claire, who is able to alert the rest of the B.H.S.T. from her mic. Asura comes at Claire, but the girl responds quickly and puts her handgun to his head. He simply swipes it away. The arrival of helicopters prevents Asura from doing any harm immediately, but he runs after her to the shipping crates. Weapons fire from the helicopters creates a wall that stops Asura traveling any further, and Claire succeeds in rendezvousing with Chris and an armed police barricade.

Asura continues to running, now from the helicopter fire. A tank moves into the yard to make things even more complicated. Asura gets within sight of Chris and Claire; Chris and the armed police open fire. Asura escapes the yard and climbs up the steel frame of an unfinished building, but finds that the helicopters are following him.

BIO HAZARD 2 VOL.22 - pages 26 and 27

Rather than shooting, one of the helicopters maintains a stationary position net to the building, with Leon stepping out. Dehne throws the contents of a box - the artificial hearts - at Asura, which weakens him further; Leon shoots him in the temple, and the man/lion falls down to the ground, returning to his human form upon impact.

Elsewhere, Umbrella begins an operation to transfer God's brain from his current host to Inzaghi, but the flag-clad Licker interrupts by jumping through a window.

One month later at a scrapyard along the shoreline,[excerpt 1] the B.H.S.T. land via helicopter. As they prepare to investigate a ship's storage crates, Leon and Dehne discover a crate labelled as "ADA 02".
