Little Spiders were the offspring of spiders infected with the t-Virus, of which both the Giant Spiders and the Web Spinner B.O.W. reproduced.[1] They would live on the back of their mothers, and would attack nearby foes if she is killed.[1] There size is so small, that it's enough to step on them to kill them. Like other arthropods, Little Spider's blood contains Hemocyanin, creating a green hue, so it's possible to see a green spot on the floor after killing them by single shot or by stepping on them.
