Bar Black Jack was a bar in Uptown Raccoon City, this bar must not be confused with Jack's Bar. Bar Black Jack was a small but fairly popular bar among citizens of Raccoon City, as it was mentioned in a notice in the Raccoon General Hospital.
History
On September 28, 1998, Jill Valentine met up with her S.T.A.R.S. comrade Brad Vickers, where he warned her of "the pursuer"'s presence in the city. Brad went away from the bar by opening a closed-from-within door. It, like everything else within the city limits, was destroyed by a government airstrike when the spread of the t-Virus became critical.
