Battery is a key item in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard.[1]
Purpose[]
The Battery is used to restore power to the elevator in the Testing Area. Using it will trigger the event where the elevator lowers and releases a Fat Molded, or two on Madhouse.
Location[]
The Battery is located in Testing Area 2F, next to the staircase that is next to the elevator.

- Unlike any other items in the game, examining the Battery brings up the message "Battery" despite it not being written on the item itself.
