Dr. Beardsley, 16th Earl Beardsley, was a British aristocrat, virologist and eugenicist with ties to Dr. Oswell E. Spencer, The Earl Spencer. Though he was not one of the three recognised co-founders of Umbrella Pharmaceuticals, Dr. Beardsley was involved in the t-Virus Project just the same. Following his death, his daughter Mylène, 17th Countess Beardsley, continued his work.[1]
