Item locations as shown in BIOHAZARD OUTBREAK OFFICIAL GUIDE BOOK.
Items are scattered on the east and west borders of the room at the midsection. On the west is ammunition, which is Handgun Rounds on EASY; NORMAL and VERY HARD, but Shotgun Rounds on HARD. Nearby is an Iron Pipe, which is available on all difficulties with the exception of HARD, where it is instead a Blue Herb.
On the eastern side, Shotgun Rounds will spawn on EASY and NORMAL, which becomes Handgun Rounds on HARD. On VERY HARD, this is instead a Green Herb.
