Bernard Corti was a Veltro agent who was aboard the Queen Zenobia during the Terragrigia Panic. Like the rest of the group, he fell victim to the B.O.W.s released by Morgan Lansdale, who had been using Veltro for his own ends.

Corti left behind two journals, which were later found by Jill Valentine as she explored the Zenobia.
