Bill Rogers

William J. Rogers (born May 11, 1974, in New York City) is an American voice actor who provided additional voice work for the 2021 TV series, Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness.^[1] His most notable roles being King of Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Urien in Street Fighter V.
