The Biohazard 4 Kaitai Shinsho (バイオハザード4 解体真書) is a guide book published by Famitsu for Resident Evil 4. The guidebook features information regarding specific objects and enemies encountered in-game. The original version contained 464 pages, and was followed by a revised edition, "Kaiteiban", which added a further 48 pages to cover new information from the PlayStation 2 port. The book includes a detailed walkthrough to the extent of identifying individual enemy strength and locations, and also features a short novelisation by Benny Matsuyama.
