The Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance was an anti-bioterrorism taskforce established in the early 21st century to prevent the use of biological weaponry such as the T-Virus by terrorist groups. It was a successor organization to the American Bioweapon Joint Task Force, itself founded in the wake of the Raccoon City incident.
