A large mutated spider created from the T-Virus which appears in Resident Evil: Code Veronica. This spider was created as a B.O.W. using the battle data gathered from the Web Spinner. Like the Web Spinner this spider can scale walls and ceilings, spit venom at it's prey and run at conciderable speeds. It is however much tougher, taking more ammunition to kill. These spiders can be found on Rockfort Island and the Antarctic Research Facility where it appears they were being created.

Giant Black Widow

A larger version of this creature will appear in the Antarctic Research Facility. It's proximity to the body of Nosferatu minus its long insect leg-like apendages, has led some to theorise that this creature actually detached itself from the body of Nosferatu.
