The Blue Stone (right) (青い右 aoi ishi) is key item in Resident Evil 2.

Purpose
It can be combined with the left piece of the blue stone to create the Jaguar Stone.
Location
To get this part you have to go to the clocktower of the Raccoon Police Station. Combined with the Blue Stone (left piece) you will get the Jaguar Stone. There you have to use the Gold Cogwheel to open a secret door. Behind that you will find the left piece.
