Robert DeWayne Papenbrook (September 18, 1955 - March 17, 2006) was a voice actor in Resident Evil Outbreak File #2. He provided the voice of David King in addition to several miscellaneous lines for minor characters.
He was the father of Bryce Papenbrook, who is also a voice actor.
His first role was as a native in the famous opening of Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark; later parts found him appearing in a number of anime dubs and providing voices for live-action projects, the majority of the latter being part of the Power Rangers franchise. He also appeared in person as the driver of a station wagon in the cult classic Jeepers Creepers 2 and in the popular RTS game Warcraft III.[1][2]
Bob Papenbrook died of chronic lung problems in 2006 at the age of fifty.
