Bolt Cutters (チェーンカッター Chēnkattā) is a key item in the Resident Evil 7 Teaser Demo: Beginning Hour and Resident Evil 7: Biohazard.[1] It takes up two inventory slots.

The Bolt Cutters are first used to cut the chains locking Mia's cell. They are later needed to cut the chains locking a cabinet containing the Fuse.

The Bolt Cutters are located on an animal carcass next to the back door.
