The Bullet Lipstick (弾丸型ルージュ, Dangan-gata rūju, Bullet-Shaped Rouge) is a special item in Resident Evil Outbreak File #2.

Location

The Bullet Lipstick is found in the Rooftop ~ Elevated Railway, on the far left seat at the back of the truck that is used during the endings Run Like the Linda and Run Like the Wind. It must be taken while fighting Nyx. It is found in the End of the Road scenario by Alyssa on NORMAL and HARD difficulties.
