Campbell (キャンベル kyanberu) was a mercenary attached to the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service, an anti-B.O.W. paramilitary organisation under the control of Umbrella HQ. In September 1998, he was sent into Raccoon City as part of Delta Platoon's "Echo Team". His team was almost totally wiped out, forcing he and a teammate to race to their rendezvous point at the St. Michael Clock Tower, where he ultimately died without rescue.[1]
