The Capcom Showcase was a live-streamed digital news event by Capcom as a response to that year's Electronic Entertainment Expo being canceled.

The Capcom Showcase aired on Twitch and TikTok on June 13, 2022 at 3:00PM PT with a runtime of 35 minutes.
The stream featured news about Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, the remake of Resident Evil 4, and Exoprimal.
Following the airing, the website added a link to a survey about the event. Participating in it gave users a celebratory wallpaper featuring various Capcom characters.
Resident Evil news[]
The stream aired the trailer for the Winters' Expansion DLC for Resident Evil Village revealing its contents. It would be made available at the same time along with the bundle Resident Evil Village Gold Edition and service for Resident Evil Re:Verse.
A gameplay trailer for the remake of Resident Evil 4 along with a small presentation by director Yasuhiro Ampo and producter Yoshiaki Hirabayashi.
Lastly, the next-gen patch updates for Resident Evil 7: Biohazard and the remakes of Resident Evil 2 & Resident Evil 3 were made available that same day.
As a follow up to the event, a survey was hosted that included questions about Resident Evil and awarded participents with a wall paper that included Resident Evil characters on it. For Japan, there was also the Biohazard Capcom Showcase Commemorative Campaign held afterwards.
