The Card Key Level 2 is a key item in Resident Evil Outbreak.

Purpose
This keycard is used to unlock the door to the Underpass entrance.
Location
The keycard is found in the Fixed temperature laboratory of Raccoon General Hospital. This keycard can only be obtained by luring the Leech Man into the fixed temperature laboratory with a blood pack and turning the temperature to 'high' effectively killing the Leech Man. The card will be on the body and can only be taken if the temperature is turned back to 'low' after killing it.
